01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Forepine product — including Stackly, ShareXtra, Future Vision, or any other service — you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Our Services

Forepine provides a suite of digital productivity tools. Our current and upcoming products include:

• Stackly — A SaaS platform with URL shortening, PDF generation, digital business cards, team collaboration, and folder management.
• ShareXtra — A file sharing and cloud storage platform for individuals and teams.
• Future Vision — A product still taking shape on our roadmap.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

03 User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or obscene content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data without our written permission.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or any deceptive activity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

05 Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, code, and trademarks on Forepine platforms are the exclusive property of Forepine Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platforms. By uploading content, you grant Forepine a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

06 Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of our products may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or as otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of charge for eligibility.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of our services is at your own risk.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forepine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. Forepine does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

10 Termination

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) shall continue to apply.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
